buffers-tab feature: two tabs has the same name

Strictly speaking they are not part of a buffer, and so cannot have keys (or mouse buttons) bound to them in normal Emacs ways. It should be possible to enhance them in this way but such enhancements would require substantial surgery to the widget library, and would be complex because of the way its implmented.
