Stephen> What version is your most recent successful build? AFAIK, nothing Stephen> has changed in that code in months in 21.5. It's quite possible that Stephen> it's either not up-to-date for x86_64, or for GCC 4.x. I can't reproduce this from CVS HEAD on Mac OSX 10.4.5 (gcc 4.0.1). I fixed some errors like this back in November, so if the latest code is being used then perhaps gcc 4.1 is fussier than 4.0. I'll see if I can install 4.1 to test.
