Do you have CVS access already (or a working tree?), maybe we could
try a divide and conquer approach. Everybody takes half a month from
July to now and then we sift through the backlog that way testing
patches and recommending them. Many are of the obviously correct
type. Note that 'everybody' here is _not_ limited to the review board.
Things are urgent enough to bend the rules a bit.
