For a release in the next six months, Xft as the default X interface and acceptable Unicode support should be the key features. They should also define the release schedule. Any other improvements would be nice to haves no long as they don't slow down finishing off the main features. BTW, acceptable Unicode support does not necessarily mean complete support.
