Building 21.1.4 seemed OK. But the resulting xemacs couldn't decode
EUC-JP correctly. (it could be avoided by C-u C-x C-f). I thought
the patch was incomplete.
As for 21.1.6, maybe it was my mistake. temacs said some files were
not found on dump. I didn't have time to check it. I'll try again.
