--site-runtime-libraries=PATH List of ALL directories to search for
dynamically linked libraries at run time
Note the "ALL".
What that switch does is allow you to create an executable by
resolving symbols against the libraries in the -L paths, and then sets
the runtime search path to exclude any -L paths not explicitly listed.
I have no idea why it is that way; "I vas chust followink Orrderss,
Herr Kommandant." I assume whoever set it up that way in the first
place knew what they were doing but it is *highly* unintuitive.
