Uh, let's be happy they ship XEmacs at all. I for one have no
complaints about SuSE's support for XEmacs or for their XEmacs users.
Yes, this kind of thing causes _some_ users problems, but it's a big
improvement for many users over 21.4.
In this particular case, the stated reason for shipping a 21.5 version
is to get a facsimile of Unicode support and to get testing of SuSE's
integration of XEmacs into the rest of their Unicode support. They
know that 21.4 is never going to get decent Unicode support.
