I for one have no complaints about SuSE's support for XEmacs or for their XEmacs users. Yes, this kind of thing causes _some_ users problems, but it's a big improvement for many users over 21.4. In this particular case, the stated reason for shipping a 21.5 version is to get a facsimile of Unicode support and to get testing of SuSE's integration of XEmacs into the rest of their Unicode support.
