Norbert,
http://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/Attic/packages/oldpkg/
are the package backups I asked for a few days ago, right?
My concern was the following scenario:
Packages are officially released and
http://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/beta/experimental/packages/
gets emptied.
If we now find major package breakage which pre-release users did not
catch we are short of known good packages to go back to.
I guess in such a case we can resort to manually install earlier
packages from
http://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/Attic/packages/oldpkg/
right?
Adrian
