If it's more than 50KB or so, you might want to compress it or make it available on a server and post an URL. As a general matter, you should make log output available unless you feel quite confident that it says nothing of interest. Obviously if it contains private or proprietary material, you should edit that out. But bandwidth should not be a concern; if you can't easily put it on a server, just send it.
