Huh? I thought Kazuyuki redid that file using texi2pdf.
[ Hmm. Guess not. OK, I'll regenerate them and upload new copies. ]
All of the PDF files should now be created using texi2pdf or pdftex
(which is what texi2pdf uses). If there are any with the ugly bitmap
fonts, please tell us about them.
Yes it should be.
I've checked files (and a4 only this time) on
ftp.xemacs.org.
At least the new-users-guide-a4.pdf would be ok with fonts.
Jan, could you please check the representation with new-users-guide,
not `intro'?
The a4 pdf doc on the
ftp.xemacs.org have these md5s:
MD5 (emacs-lisp-intro-a4.pdf) = f32ffae3871407d84c8cc304b8eb40e2
MD5 (internals-a4.pdf) = db7fd7b71e55ca0ff39a306d1cf01968
MD5 (lispref-a4.pdf) = ad05634d579adaf6503c83be40c475ec
MD5 (new-users-guide-a4.pdf) = b61f5bb8722281534a26d4ac5ddc9bad
MD5 (xemacs-a4.pdf) = dd2eb08228081a8e9aeec33d981c313c
And simple texi2pdf'd a4 files I've made would have:
MD5 (internals-a4.pdf) = bc6b883b5dd2f92c84d1fc1a4e39d852
MD5 (lispref-a4.pdf) = 2948ac871c24008bdc13302d3cbb17e7
MD5 (new-users-guide-a4.pdf) = b61f5bb8722281534a26d4ac5ddc9bad
MD5 (xemacs-a4.pdf) = 2f4e1b24d33568fded2fe53e874020ca
I didn't process `emacs-lisp-into'.
