Does XEmacs have such a feature?
Apparently Bill Perry tried to hack xt-mouse.el to make it work in
XEmacs a long time ago:

I just tried the xt-mouse.el from Bill Perry's mail
but it didn't work for me.
What is the right approach to make this work with XEmacs?
Hack the current Gnu Emacs version of xt-mouse.el again to adapt it
to XEmacs?
I've tried Bill Perry xt-mouse.el just couple days ago and it worked
pretty well both on xterm and gnome-terminal. Setting point/mark is
working, even click on the modeline is working. Mouse wheel gives
errors.
