I had actually been thinking of doing something disgusting like
abstract out the foreign function interface so it is not dependent on
GTK and then you could just write Xt code in lisp. :) *shudder* Then I
realized I'm just not that depraved.
Aw. That takes half the fun out of your work. It would be so much fun to
see someone (not me, mind you, but someone) use that support to move
Sawfish[1] into XEmacs.
Then you could have XEmacs as your window manager. Which would beat out
having it as a login shell for machismo and masochism. :)
