Yeah, I have one those too right in front of me.  I tried that.  The Alt 
is in the right spot, but Meta is not, which means it's a pain to use 
with XEmacs. :-(  Besides, I still use the escape key for meta often 
enough that the PC escape key is too far away.  The tilde is in the 
wrong spot too. :-)  And I have to swap caps lock and control, but at 
least that's easy to do with xmodmap.
Hmm.  I hot-swapped the keyboards.  I assume the system knew what to do 
with the different keyboards.  Maybe I have to shutdown between swaps?
