I've searched the xemacs-beta mailing list archives and
haven't found any
sort of related bug reports. Actually, I'm hard-pressed to believe this
is a bug because it's so basic. I rather suspect it's some sort of
problem with my environment, but I'm using the same .emacs file (no, I
haven't converted to init.el) that I've used for years.
I did some work on the selection mechanism in the last few months, primarily
for X11; there were some win32 changes that could have broken, but any bugs
there should have been fixed by 16947.26253.191268.989619(a)parhasard.net
. Have you tried with a build based on a source base since then? (That
commit dates from the 12th of this month..)
