You should compile Xpm as a DLL, see xpm.mak. Othewise, USE_CRTDLL
would not be an option. I do not remember if there were any problems
with USE_CRTDLL=0 USE_PORTABLE_DUMPER=1.
xpm.dll worked for me for any combination of build flags. Looks stable
so far. I'd appreciate though if you give it a try for some time, too.
