After I had updated setup.exe to 1.2.2.3 a test download complained about a large percentage of the packages not being found. After I updated setup.ini as well, I got no other problem than the tm package still being of incorrect size (I tried installing from ftp.xemacs.org, ftp.de.xemacs.org, ftp.it.xemacs.org, and ftp.us.xemacs.org). What's your take on this? ftp.xemacs.org does not allow me to connect for a day now because of too many open connections.
