*In* the kernel? AFAICS, you can't do that and distribute. If you're
not distributing, I don't care what your license is (and I tend to
doubt Linus cares as much as I do -- he wants his code used more than
anything, I think -- World Domination Now!, nyet? :)
If you mean a module using only the published API, well, *shrug*. I
guess I can bring myself to frown if it will make you feel better!
