[ERROR] pui-list-packages, file permissions

XEmacs 21.2 "Artemis" [Lucid] (i686-pc-linux, Mule) of Tue Dec 29 1998
on apollonius.delta-ii.de
just bugged out on me during a pui-list-packages (I had to SIGTERM
it). The problem seems to be the wrong permissions of the index file:
200 PORT command successful.
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.

This results in

Can someone please change the permissions? Thanks :-)
