OK, so we create an xemacs-buildbot-raw ML which has one (daily
digest[1]) subscriber, the xemacs-buildbot ML. ;-)

[1] And with a little bit of not too difficult Mailman hacking it
should be possible to create one that digests on a half-daily or
3-hour interval.
