arc-mode provides 'archive-mode, not 'arc-mode
As the subject says: arc-mode.el (in os-utils) provides the wrong symbol, which causes
(require 'arc-mode) to fail. FSF Emacs provides both, with the comment that
'archive-mode is provided for compatibility with a historical, incorrect version.
This may be my first useful bug report to xemacs-beta for 13 years or so...
