One of the Cygwin developers put out a call for an XEmacs liaison.
Nobody else responded, so I did. I'm not the ideal candidate; I don't
really have time to do a good job in that role, so if somebody else
wants to take over, I'll gladly abdicate.
Assuming that nobody else wants the job, how should I package XEmacs to
go into a Cygwin release? I'm thinking specifically of the pacakges
here; I can handle the rest. Should I turn the sumo into a Cygwin
package and update it whenever new packages are released? Should the
netinstaller be involved at all? Any feedback is much appreciated.
