* semantic-util.el (semantic-token-token): Move to here
from semantic.el along with other macro defs to remove dependencies
causing havoc. (Both files use the macros!).
* semantic.el ((featurep 'xemacs)): Use extentS-at as an alias
for overlays-at.
* Add senator (from jde 2.2.7) since this seems a more logical place.

Installing Them:

21.1
1) Options -> Manage Packages -> Add Download Site -> Pre-Releases
2) Options -> Manage Packages -> List and Install
3) select whichever packages you wish to install. (instructions at
bottom of Packages buffer)
4) Packages -> Install/Remove Selected
5) Re-start XEmacs.
21.2
1) Tools -> Packages -> Add Download Site -> Pre-Releases
2) Tools -> Packages -> List and Install
3 - 5) as per 21.1
