New packages: docbookide, ecrypto, ocaml, sasl and sml-mode

Allright, I think it's time to move 5 new packages from the unsupported area to official xemacs-packages tree: ecrypto and sasl from unsupported/simon, and docbookide, ocaml and sml-mode from unsupported/scop. I suggest a repository move this time, since IMO it's not important to have traces about these in the unsupported area. If a normal cvs rm/add procedure is preferred, let me know and I'll do it. I will also update other stuff in the packages tree needed for these. Entries in CVSROOT/avail is needed for Simon to be able to maintain ecrypto and sasl, and no extra entries for the other packages. Simon, scream if you don't think ecrypto or sasl should be moved yet or if I was wrong assuming that you'll take the maintainership for these :) -- \/ille Skyttä ville.skytta at xemacs.org
