Although this is of course true I must insist on that tracking bugs is
first of all just a tool for getting the bugs out of the code. The
collection of bugs doesn't need to be more complete, fresh and
accurate than to support the bug fixing process.
Likewise for the tracker itself. The bug should stay as short time as
possible in the tracker so why try to make it such a nice place. Then
the bug will want to stay longer. ;-) If the administration of the bug
starts to get a pain, fix the bug and get rid of it!
