I think that 21.4.9rc1 contains most of the windows changes. The thing it
doesn't contain (apart from some minor windows bug fixes) is the changes to
widget geometry processing which make the search dialog work under UNIX. So
I think that a sync is necessary and not too difficult. Stephen and I have
reached some sort of resolution on this I think.
The syntax table is a different matter entirely, of course.
