how to add support for more Unicode characters?
XEmacs 21.5.18 still doesn't support some Unicode characters which are
supported by Emacs 21.3. For example:
U+201E DOUBLE LOW-9 QUOTATION MARK
U+263A WHITE SMILING FACE
See the attached test-file which can be displayed correctly by Emacs
21.3 but not by XEmacs 21.5.18.
What needs to be done to add support for such characters?
