Lucid is the default, but isn't listed in the choices (motif,
athena, or no).
I think it's a remnant from a former description. The sentence is
correct as it stands (Lucid *menubars and scrollbars* are the
default), but it's out of place.
The choices should be updated to include GTK (new) and mswindows (only
makes sense under Cygwin).
I think that the drift between configure help and configure is not
big.
