goto the top of the source hierarchy, type find . -name '*gtk*', and
make a qt version of every file that comes up. You'll probably also
have to make bindings in ./lwlib files.

XEmacs already normally should build with C++. However, this is a
matter of using C++'s tougher rules to make the code more sanity, not
a promise of compatibility for the future.
You may also want to get in touch with Martin Buchholz
<martin(a)xemacs.org> who has long wanted to make a C++-only version of
XEmacs.
