I know. But I quoted it just to point out how irrelevant not announcing
it on usenet is. In fact I think not announcing it on usenet simply
adds to the confusion.
When I left Japan, Steve said that the first 21.1 was going
to be out
in less than 2 weeks.
I heard him say that too. For the reasons I stated I think that wasn't
going to happen in anycase. The origional announcement also said there
was going to be a new package build and that also didn't happen.
situation. Everybody feels like you. But it depends on Steve, and I
don't know why he remains silent.
That's the real problem. I presume he is just too busy moving to the
states or he taken some time off. However do we really have to wait
for him to be active again to patch and rename the 21.0.67 tarballs to
say 21.0?
