This looks to me like it has something to do with one of the
differences between Windoze and Unix (the ^M's). Perhaps someone who
uses that platform may be able to help you. Adrian? Ben?
My latest theory, such as it is, is that it is a cygwin issue or a
cygwin/xemacs interaction. My last cygwin upgrade ran into a
ssh-agent problem (Could not open a connection). I went back to the
previous release for everything to get past the ssh-agent problem.
If I come up with anything else more useful, I'll let you know...
