wrong 'open-up' button image in custom
In 21.2-beta3 when I open a cutomization buffer the wrong image is
displayed for the 'OPEN' button in the 'up' position.
Specificially
'/usr/local/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages/etc/w3/open-up.xpm'
is used instead of
'~evermann/src/XEmacs/xemacs-20/etc/custom/open-up.png'
As there is no corresponding open-down in W3, the right image is used
when I click on the button.
This didn't happen in 21.0 Norwegian.
