Yes, I have built xemacs from mercurial sources, but I don't update the
sources too often. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? So I just
update when I see something that might affect me.

First step is always to be able to download the 21.5 source using
mercurial, configure, make and finally make test. When you can do that
on your platform you are ready to install a buildbot slave and try to
get that going. Mail me and we can sort out the details. (Newspeak for

Go ahead and send me the directions, since I've already previously used
mercurial, configure and make. (Not sure if I've done make test, though.)
