It is mentioned in the NEWS file (Help->What's New in XEmacs, which is how
I found it before), but it would help alot if it was also mentioned at the
top in a seperate BACKWARDS INCOMPATIBLE CHANGES (shouting intentional)
section, /and/ similarly in the release notes.
