Re: [REVISE coding-cookie]
The new variable `auto-coding-alist'
partially duplicates the functionality of `file-coding-system-alist',
Deleting all traces of it does not make updating from new Emacs
significantly harder, so did it and documented both in texinfo and in
elisp comment.
Also made sure that the code is synched with emacs-21.2.
Posting new package version. Do not posting srckit since now this
target is removed completely from package system.
