No. I sincerely doubt, on a gut intuition level, that
funny things like unmatched lisp syntax elements in the
context of properly quoted strings would be misread by
BBDB. We would have heard of many complaints long
before this.
The error occurs on a variety of address types. I've
been unable to determine any sort of commonality.
