Hmmh, packages are normally copied to a STAGING area and can be
installed from there.
OK, now I see /home/dalcorn/src/packages/../xemacs-packages as the
STAGING area. When I copied that over to
/usr/lcoal/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages it all worked fine. Thanks.
