OK. I'll submit my patch for help.el as is then and we can do whatever
refactoring we think is needed later. Ad you point out we don't need
top block things now by trying to coordinate things.
The code in xemacs-base/debug.el that uses button.el features could
be enabled, too, but that would make xemacs-base REQUIRES
fsf-compat, which I am not going to suggest. :-)
That could be a candidate for an XEmacs version of button.el in
core maybe. ;-)
