The binaries are updated manually when I have got some time and I

feel free to give me a hint when the binaries should be updated.
Would some automatic update of the binaries make more sense?
IMO, not yet. I'm in the process of porting my Python release scripts
to Lisp, and once that's done I plan to try to release on a monthly
basis. It might make sense to autoupdate on release.
If that doesn't get finished in a few days, I'm not sure what happens
to the monthly release plan. I'll get back to you then.
Once the current jde-cedet-ede-semantic-eieio mess is declared
settled, presumably Vin will release a new 21.4 or (maybe) Norbert
will add package-future.el. Then we'll have a more concrete idea of
what should be done, but probably a manual update at that point would
be a good idea regardless of releases.
