Maybe now they can be approached with the idea of putting xemacs on the
application CD (the 3d CD that comes with RedHat)?

This should be fixed. I remember that I also had problems with installing
the xemacs rpm because of the conflict with the gnuserv rpm.
This conflict might be turning off other potential users.
