I forget who did it.
There's two.
One is cbx.gif (Created By XEmacs) and I'm using it at:
http://www.imasy.or.jp/~kazz/xemacs/images/cbx.gif
The other is pb-xemacs.gif (animation GIF), and is also located at
same place (http://www.imasy.or.jp/~kazz/xemacs/images/pb-xemacs.gif).
