New packages: docbookide, ocaml, sml-mode

I've got three new packages in my unsupported package dir which I think would be ready to be introduced as official XEmacs packages: docbookide: DocBook editing support. ocaml: Objective Caml editing support. sml-mode: SML editing support. I've uploaded binary packages of these to <http://cachalot.ods.org/stuff/xemacs/>;, go get them there, install (to your site-packages dir!), test and report success or failure to me.
