[Bug: 21.4.15] Cannot Maximize window

Xemacs freezes when I try to maximize the main window.
XEmacs 21.4.15 "Security Through Obscurity" configured for
`i386-redhat-linux'.
This bug was fixed a couple of releases later. The current stable
release is 21.4.19; please upgrade to that.
