I have two machines that I work on. Solaris, and XP. Using xemacs

Allegro Lisp on my unix box works fine. However when trying to bring
up a lisp image on my pc, I get the error message unable to connect to
localhost 9666.
I looked on the web and found that other people have the same problem
because upon execution the command rsh localhost date is run without
success. The only solutions I could find was to ensure that rshd is
running on your system, however I am unable to figure out how to
enable this feature. Is there another solution?
