We know nothing about your build process, while last I looked the XEmacs package build process basically ignores Make dependencies and recompiles everything every time, so we're not going to observe this problem given what Thomas says about the workaround. If you *are* using the XEmacs build process and still observe this, that would be useful information in itself. Yes, this is a showstopper, so we'll get around to finding your code, downloading it, and bootstrapping your build process.
