No, that's OK forever :-) since texi2pdf is an alias for `texi2dvi
--pdf' and texi2dvi is part of texinfo, which we require anyway. If
somebody wants more detailed control over the pdf engine used, they
can hack it themselves, and contribute it if they like.
*If* you happen to know when texi2dvi started supporting --pdf, let me
know and I will update the INSTALL instructions. *If not* don't worry
about it, somebody will complain and then we'll know. :-)
