Just for clarity's sake, are you telling me that you can't
print
_anything_ using this ps-print with your inkjet, or are you saying
that you just can't print one particular file?
I can't print anything using the new ps-print: $lpr sends the file
to the printer, $lpq shows it being in the printer queue, and then
it disappears out of the cue without anything being printed.
Can you send me the offending file, so I can try to print it here.
Yes, I append two files (together less than 100k), each containing
the output of:
(hyper-describe-variable 'ps-print-version nil)
One generated with ps-print 3.05x1 (which works) and one generated with
the new version of ps-print (which does not work).
Maybe it is just some strange setting of this LinuxBox --- and we don't
need to worry too much about it. But maybe other people also will
encounter this problem ...
