cc-mode troubles with 21.4.3 -- who deals with this?

Since upgrading from 21.1.12 to 21.4.3, cc-mode (latest package) is broken in a number of ways. What is the best way to report this so that I can be assured someone is aware and is working on it? Is it an XEmacs bug (and is this list sufficient for reporting it) or a cc-mode bug that needs to be reported to the cc-mode maintainers. I did submit a cc-mode bug report (via c-submit-bug-report) but received no feedback and am concerned it disappeared into a black hole.
