I've put XEmacs 21.2.20 on the FTP site:
ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/beta/xemacs-21.2/
The patch kit is corrupted by two new binary files that weren't
checked into CVS properly. The -info and -elc tarballs are no more.
There is only a single xemacs-21.2.20.tar.gz file.
I'll make a regular announcement over xemacs-announce tomorrow.
