This helps a good bit ( I was pointed to problems off list as well )
and the 127.0.0.1:0 works fine but why does it try to do localhost
look ups with a :0.0 $DISPLAY? The forcing ipv4 behavior of
127.0.0.1:0 works but changes one from using a AF_UNIX socket to using
a AF_INET socket when using xterm. It's very strange to break the
most commmon case.
