It's possible the MAINTAINERS file is outdated. I haven't looked at it
for quite a while. Maybe I should simply remove it, since the
information is given in the package Makefiles.
And the situation is even more complicated, because inside some
packages (like xemacs-devel for instance), some files are maintained
seperatly by individual people...
